Mirembe has lived her early childhood in Johannesburg, South Africa. Her family moved to UK before Mirembe started school. After graduating from college she found her calling in story writing. Mirembe has been working on her novels since then and is now pursuing to get her latest story sold to a publisher.

These are Mirembe's alternative clothing sets I designed for the comic Café Mode! She's a cheerful, jovial character who loves to wear nice vivid colours. Her one item she always carries with her is the laptop, but I left it out from here to focus on the clothing.

I've been a little tentative with my estimated schedules on my personal comics while focusing on primary work and day job like Guncats and Black Betty. I wouldn't want to cancel a publication date that people have been waiting for, so I’m trying to be as precise as possible for all readers’ sake.

But! Things are finally looking clearer now and I'm happy to announce that I'm aiming to publish Café Mode, my one-shot comic, in summer 2018! The inks are now done, so finishing the colours and rest should be quite fast from here on!

But what's this comic about?

Café Mode is an erotic one-shot comic. It's the epilogue of a longer story that begins long before the main characters Mireble and Colin have yet met. I'm planning to start publishing the pages on Tapas and/or Webtoon. Extra treats will be served over Patreon. Thanks for your interest in this project! I'll be sure to inform of any news and changes. Last month I presented my new fine jewellery collection at White Bird in Paris. One of the journalists who took the time to come is Géraldine Dormoy-Tungate, the wonderful blogger of Café Mode and the editor-in-chief of L'Express.fr Styles.

She took a picture of me on the street outside White Bird and instagrammed it.
