WARNING! !SPOILER! !WARNING
Probably has major spoilers for the tv show Butterfly, so if you haven't watched the last episode of the show, dont read.
So, I just finished watching the 1st season and the last episode pissed me off so much.
Honestly, the underlying plot of redemption and rediscovering your humanity throughout the show was somewhat annoying given that David use to do the same kind of work Rebecca did and yet was judging her for taking satisfaction/enjoyment from it, but thats a whole other point.

#1983 - Triplectides sp - Stick Caddisfly
The last NZ species Iβll be covering until the end of the year when I go over there myself and find more.

Apart from 3 Baltic Amber fossils, the genus is found in Asia from India to Japan; in Indonesia, Papua-New Guinea, all of Australia; on South Pacific Islands including New Hebrides, New Caledonia, and obviously New Zealand; and in South and Central America. Aoteoroa has 5 species, but I donβt know which this one is.
The many species of Triplectides breed in most kinds of watercourse,Β including cold and warm, unpolluted to moderately polluted, permanent and temporary lakes, ponds, rivers and creeks.Β The genus is ubiquitous in Australian waterways, including temporary habitats in the central deserts, and is often the most common caddisfly genus encountered in benthic surveys.
The larvae construct mobile cases usually out of plant matter, but occasionally stones or the cases of other caddisflies. The plant cases can be a hollowed length of stick, or a tubular collection of plant fragments. Their hind legs have dark bands between the leg joints.
These Caddis are shredders, chewing up plant matter.Β

I made a Hollow Knight OC. This is Caddis, the Clumsy Tailor.
She has a shop in Dirtmouth where she spends her time sewing new cloaks, as well as other things. She never stops looking for new inspiration for clothing, and will frequently travel through Hallownest for ideas.
The only problem is, she has no sense of direction. She's always lost in about five minutes if she's in charge of navigation. And, as mentioned before, she's incredibly clumsy. If there's a hole, she's fell into it... on multiple occasions.
Also, yeah, I used the Vessel Maker. Here's the result of that.
caddis baby!
