something I like to think about a lot is the different epithets of jupiter, and how one of the major ones is Jupiter Elicius which is pretty much saying he's the rain guy. it makes sense, since he's mr. clouds and mr. lightning; rain usually goes with those two things.
anyway it makes me think of jason not just doing stuff with the wind, but being able to make it rain whenever he wants as well
