Ingredients: 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced. 1 onion, chopped. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 small head cabbage, chopped. 2 carrots, sliced. 3 potatoes, peeled and diced. 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes. 6 cups chicken broth. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. Instructions: In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the sliced sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove excess fat if needed. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot.
