blind date for @gamecfchance
Sofia leans against the glowing neon sign of the casino entrance, the cigarette smoke of patrons nearby clouding the otherwise clear night sky. The buzz of the city hums all around her - music spilling out of nearby clubs, the murmur of voices, and ruckus of tourists eager for night they’ll never forget. It’s chaotic, but she’s used to it. What she’s not used to though, is being early.
Unlike most, Fia loved blind dates. They were exciting, fully of mystery, and though often time were a complete bust, left her with a story to tell. She wasn’t exactly expecting a spark or anything romantic, but the greatest love stories always unfolded unexpectedly. Right?
After scanning her phone for the thousandth time, Sofia spots a figure at the end of the sidewalk that seems .. lost. Or looking for something. Someone. Pushing from her spot against the sigh, she steps forward, giving them a once-over.
“I think you’re looking for me.”
