Its Still A Pool-Yes
He had received the text from Charlie while he was out, it was simple. It was going to be very hot in Chicago and he was to get a kiddie pool for Pixie. Since their home in Chicago did not have the hot-tub or a pool. So he had immediately responded that he was on it.
Now being on it had meant something totally different than what he expected Charlie might have expected. It was a fireman’s boat, with a pool and a water canon. All kids like to spray water, how often did he escape unscathed when he gave Pixie a bath--the answer was never. Not that he would have missed that for the world.
The man had said it seemed like a bit much for one child. He had assured him he planned to have more--eventually. He was absolutely certain he wanted THAT one. So now, it was just getting it set up outside of the garage. The neighbors had been wide eyed at the pool. Dee had simply waved to them and returned to getting it set up. He knew Charlie and Pixie would be home soon. He looked forward to seeing what they thought. The salesman skepticism had not dulled his own excitement at getting something so extravagant for them.
