we got so much character from azune across just a few small moments this ep, i’m BUZZING. he’s overly literal. both flirtatious teasing and overt sexual innuendo go completely over his head. if he doesn’t understand something, he asks clarifying questions until he does. he’s blunt. he patrols the city he calls home and he watches the people in it be happy and love each other and considers it the most important aspect of his position to hold these moments in a well in his chest so he can live them vicariously. he puffs up and quietly preens when the man who knew him as a child soldier calls him boy (that sought after affection) and says he looks like he’s grown since they waged war together. he’s naive. he remembers the name of every soldier they lost in the falconer’s rebellion. azune nayar you are tickling my BRAIN

I feel like Tyranny is getting slotted into the "chaos gremlin" archetype by the fandom and I think that's a little unfair to her character. like yeah that was definitely her vibe at the funeral in episode one, but across episodes two and three she's shown herself to be incredibly competent with a good sensible head on her shoulders. she's still absolutely hilarious and says fun silly goofy things sometimes, but to the people going "boy howdy, the Soldiers Table sure is going to have to work hard to keep Tyranny under control!" I think you are doing something of a disservice to her character
