Hi Critters! We have some great stats for you for Episode 117. First, let’s talk about those PC Nat 20s. If it seemed like there were a lot—there were!

Going by crits that stick (i.e. aren’t disregarded due to advantage/disadvantage/Silvery Barbs etc.), this was the most critically successful episode of Campaign 3, with a total of 12 Natural 20s. Every single player at the table got at least one, with Imogen and Ashton each rolling two and Braius rolling three.

This was a high-rolling episode all around for Braius, who scored the top damage in a single hit, stacking one of those crits with a first level Divine Smite (2d8) and a charge from Poison Pen (3d8) for a total of 109 points of damage. (His second attack also hit, but the target was already dead!)

Our top damage dealer overall for the fight, though, was actually Laudna, with 189 points of damage spread across a Fireball (25 damage each against two targets), Shocking Grasp (17), an Eldritch Blast (15), a Hellish Rebuke (24), and a truly clutch Disintegrate (83 damage thanks to Empowered Spell).

In second place was Imogen. We’ve been waiting a while to find out her seventh level spell, and now we know it: Whirlwind, which dealt a whopping 177 damage (although 61 of those points were friendly fire—39 points to Laudna’s dog as well as 9 to Chet and 13 to Braius, both of whom made strategic decisions to interact with the Whirlwind.)

Braius and Orym were the other two heavy hitters this episode, with 134 and 158 damage dealt respectively.

We've also made some updates to our Level Up table. There are some additions, like Chetney's newest Blood Curse, as well as a fix, namely adjusting Fearne and Braius's slot numbers for multiclass caster rules.
