↳ Looks like it’s time for another #VPSUECHALLENGE! I really dig this one, I think it’s a cool idea- combining the past and present in song, showing where we’ve been and where we are. There’s something really cathartic about it, honestly. Anywho, the songs I’ve chosen are SEPTEMBER by Daughtry, and HOME by Daughtry. They both fit a couple different parts of me pretty well, and they just so happen to be by the same artist. Check these sick mashup lyrics below!

How the time passed away, all the trouble that we gave
And all those days we spent out by the lake
Has it all gone to waste? All the promises we made
One by one they vanish just the same
I'm staring out into the night
I'm trying to hide the pain
I'm going to the place where love
And feeling good don't ever cost a thing
And the pain you feel's a different kind of pain
Of all the things I still remember
Summer's never looked the same
The years go by and time just seems to fly
But the memories remain
In the middle of September we'd still play out in the rain
Nothing to lose but everything to gain
Reflecting now on how things could've been
It was worth it in the end
Well, I'm going home
To the place where I belong
And where your love has always been enough for me
I'm not running from
No, I think you got me all wrong
I don't regret this life I chose for me
But these places and these faces are getting old
So I'm going home
Well, I'm going home
Now it all seems so clear, there's nothing left to fear
So we made our way by finding what was real
Now the days are so long that summer's moving on
We reach for something that's already gone, yeah
The miles are getting longer, it seems
The closer I get to you
I've not always been the best man or friend for you
But your love remains true
And I don't know why
You always seem to give me another try
Of all the things I still remember
Summer's never looked the same
The years go by and time just seems to fly
But the memories remain
In the middle of September we'd still play out in the rain
Nothing to lose but everything to gain
Reflecting now on how things could've been
It was worth it in the end
Be careful what you wish for
'Cause you just might get it all
You just might get it all, yeah
Of all the things I still remember
Summer's never looked the same
The years go by and time just seems to fly
But the memories remain
Oh, well, I'm going home
To the place where I belong
And where your love has always been enough for me
I'm not running from
No, I think you got me all wrong
Don't regret this life I chose for me
But these places and these faces are getting old
I said these places and these faces are getting old
So I'm going home
Well, I'm going home

↳ Sometimes it be like that. This video highlights two very important things. 1.) I love my fans and 2.) Always bring the guitar. A trip to the pharmacy turned into this, and I’m totally not even mad about it.
I make it my whole mission in life to not lie to people. Things are so much easier that way. I guess that's me saying I don't really have a good answer for this one. Sorry, I'm boring.
The biggest lie I've ever told myself was, "I'll be okay if he marries her. As long as he's happy, I'll be okay."
what is your vice? (wrath, greed, pride, lust, gluttony, sloth, envy)
Shit, I don't really know. The answer would depend on perspective I guess. And related to what. Wrath if someone hurts someone I love. Lust when it comes to one man in specific. Sloth when I'm tired. We're all guilty of something.

Jared had only been back to the house for about a week but it was a weird week and it felt like forever since he had seen Jeff. The older male was the only person who knew what happened when Jared left the house. He had gone from talking to the male every week to being on his own and that was okay. But he also wanted to check in. After a little bit of searching, Jared finally found the older male and chuckled as he engulfed him in a tight embrace. “Surprise!”
