having been gone for the past week and showing up in the midst of the festival going on, venus had pretty much planned to sneak in and put her stuff in her room, then take a quick nap before heading out to enjoy the party. she ‘d kind of expected everyone to be outside, which is why it was odd to see her roommate in front of her. she hadn’t met hendrix before, not that she didn’t want to, the timing just hadn’t ever really worked out. she figured it was as best of time as any to introduce herself, which is exactly what she did. after setting her stuff on her side of the room, venus shot hendrix a smile, “hey roomie, i don’t think we’ve ever formally met. name’s venus!”
