3/12/18 Yesterdays weigh in... Am i really out of the 250's!!!!!!! 😮😲😲😲😁😁😁😄😊🙌👐 Hello 240's 🙋‍♀️🖐 I hope to never go back to the 250's or anything above that!!!! Its been hard but slowly but surely im seeing changes! 😊

TAKE. PROGRESS. PICTURES. Do it. You don't have to show anybody. But do it. Don't take one every other day. I say wait at least 4 weeks in between, AT LEAST. But take them. This is 6 weeks apart. I have been feeling fluffy y'all! (And that's putting it lightly) I was even hesitant to take a photo this morning because I was scared I would be LARGER now. Seriously. I was like "maybe I should wait a few more weeks." Happy I didn't because the scale is an asshole. I do my measurements of course but it's really hard to visualize measurements for me. The pictures don't lie! My hard work is paying off! I will post the 3 part later but wanted to start the morning off with some motivation for those who are feeling FLUFFY, BLOATED, insecure. YOU.
