What I like
You are buying into a real brand, not a single hero product lottery ticket. Two trademarked brands with Brand Registry, a clean review profile, and more than 20 percent year over year revenue growth is a good sign for this size of deal. The work load is about 10 hours a week, which is attractive if you want a side business with real scale.
Ad spend looks under control with TACoS around 13.56 percent and net margin about 17 percent. That is not crazy high margin, but it is workable for a home décor FBA brand at this scale.
What worries me
You are still very tied to Amazon. Ad prices, fees, or new competitors can chip away at that 17 percent margin. The business is registered in China and uses three suppliers in China, which is normal in this space, but you need to be comfortable with supply chain, shipping risk, and any trade changes.
Inventory is not included in the list price, so your real cash outlay will be higher once you factor in inventory buys.
What work will you be doing
Plan for around 10 hours a week for:
Watching reviews and customer feedback
Managing stock and reorders with suppliers
Tuning Amazon ads and search terms
Keeping listings fresh with better photos, A plus content, and testing bundles
Slowly building up the Shopify side and any B2B channel the seller hands over
Future of this niche
Home décor and home organization are big and growing categories, both offline and online. Online home décor is forecast to grow at a healthy rate over the next decade as more people shop for home items on the internet. Market Data Forecast+3Fortune Business Insights+3Market.us+3
If you can defend rankings, keep reviews high, and spin out more sizes and related products, you are riding a trend that is still going up.
Price and negotiation
At 35x monthly profit, the price is right in the middle of normal for Amazon FBA deals of this size. It does not scream cheap, but it also does not feel wild. If the detailed numbers check out, I would see this as “fair market.”
Because of that, you might get a bit of wiggle room, but I would treat any discount as a bonus, not a promise. Where you may get more room is on structure, such as a small earn out or seller support.
My rating
I’d rate this deal 7.5 out of 10. Nice niche, decent growth, and honest enough margins, with the normal Amazon and supply chain risk that you would expect in this model.

This is just how I’m breaking down the numbers, not financial advice. Always do your own homework and due diligence before buying any business. Some links I share may be affiliate links, which means I might earn a small commission if you end up buying through them.
