I wept hard today. Like big ugly cry. Why is not important, I’m not sharing this for condolences or attention (seriously, please don’t feel bad for me). I’m sharing because I think it’s so important to let yourself feel deeply and I want to advocate for that. I felt moved to share this truth with you. Far too often I shove it down, busy myself and move forward. But it’s always there. Maybe you can relate? I don’t think I’m alone. But when I take the time to feel all the feelings without judgement there is so much beauty in that. To be bawling with sadness and yet have so much appreciation for how deeply I care and feel. To open the floodgates and let all my humanity spill out. To be SO fricking thankful that my life is this rich and full! My heart aches. My face hurts.
