La responsabilidad social representa el compromiso de manera voluntaria que tienen las organizaciones para llevar a cabo sus operaciones de manera ética, cuidando el medio ambiente y generando acciones que impacten de manera positiva en el bienestar social de las personas y la comunidad.

La ética y la responsabilidad social son dos conceptos diferentes, pero ampliamente relacionadas entre sí.

Cuando se habla de ser socialmente responsable lo primero que viene a mi mente es como cuidamos el entorno en donde hacemos negocios y de que manera retribuimos a la sociedad con el impacto ambiental, economico y social, independientemente de si es beneficioso o adverso.

Ser socialmente responsable comienza desde cada una de las personas que integran una compañía al comportarse de una manera ética y asumiendo la responsabilidad de las decisiones que toman cada día en sus actividades diarias.

También significa que como empresa somos concientes de que nuestra actividad económica tiene un impacto en el espacio en donde se realizan los negocios e incluso en la cadena de valor y queremos contribuir en que ese impacto sea positivo o bien redimirlo con acciones que ayuden a reducir los impactos negativos.

Estas actividades de responsabilidad social no solo tienen el objetivo de “quedar bien” con la comunidad, sino que tiene un fondo positivo en generar éxito en los negocios, generando buena reputación y confiabilidad de los inversionistas de que el dinero que están aportando va a generar buenos rendimientos por ser una empresa solida.

Creo que cada organización debe entender que el enfoque principal de ser socialmente responsable es crear relaciones sanas y de confianza con todas las partes interesadas de la empresa y convencerse de que estas acciones no son algo “innecesario” o que no aporta valor, ya que si se pueden identificar las acciones que generar un mayor impacto positivo en la sociedad se puede sacar provecho y fidelizar nuestro mercado.

Несмотря на это сотрудники правоохранительных органов задержали в пятницу Намоева, а также одного его охранника по подозрению в хулиганстве (ч.2 ст.213 УК РФ). В связи с этим застройщик и арестован на 2 месяца, в дальнейшем наказание может быть изменено. О наказании задержанного охранника не сообщается.

Председатель Следственного комитета РФ Александр Бастрыкин призвал регионы действовать «жестко и резко», когда речь идет о правонарушениях, которые вызвали широкий общественный резонанс.

13 января «Агрокомплекс» купил 100 процентов акций ООО «Мингрельское», контролирующего одноименную фирму. Это 3,5 тыс. га рисовых чеков. Как сообщает Южный рисовый союз, предприятия «Агрокомплекса» владеют более 56 тыс. га. рисовых орошаемых чеков. Напомним, что в 2016 году компания нарастила рисовые активы более чем вполовину, купив земли агрохолдинга «Разгуляй». Всего комплекс контролирует 52,6 тыс. га. рисовых полей, то есть 22,5% от всех чеков Кубани.

До этого агрофирма принадлежала Группе «Краснодарзернопродукт», которой также принадлежат предприятия «Калининское» и «Марьянское». Фирма Ткачева имеет виды и на них, уверено издание. Вместе три хозяйства позволят увеличить площадь посевов риса до 63 тыс. га. По оценке исполнительного директора ЮРС Михаила Радченко, стоимость участков составит около 120 тыс. рублей за 1 га., то есть «Мингрельское» стоит более 340 млн., а остальные два – более 330 млн. рублей.

По данным Рисового союза, за первые два месяца российские производители увеличили экспорт риса в 1,8 раза или до 30,7 тыс. тонн. В ИКАР сообщили, что с начала сельскохозяйственного сезона до середины марта Россия поставила за рубеж 230 тыс. тонн сырца. Успех на мировых рынках связан с конкурентными ценами – 28-29 тыс. рублей в сравнении со средними 33-35 тыс. на внешнем рынке. Импортерами стали Сирия, Турция, Ливан, Албания и ряд других стран.
