Entrepreneurial Skills: Itโs the skills that every individual needs to turn ideas into actions. It includes creativity, innovation, risk taking, and the ability to manage projects and achieve positive results. Below I will be explaining little more about the three main skills that are required by any entrepreneur.
-Financial Planning: This skill act like the heart for any business project. It measures how the business will achieve its objective. Also, it accounts for any resources, activities, time frame that is needed to complete the project.
-Sales/Negotiation: Itโs the ability to gain what you need such as: new customers, profit, better deal, or retain relationship by listening to other people point of view and letting them see things from your perspective. This will let you seal the deal.
-People Management: Is the ability to train, motivate, and guide employees in order to increase productivity, performance, people growth, and make the business profitable.
Employ ability skills: Is a transferable skill that is needed from any individuals, so they can be hired by an employer this may include oral and written communication skills, math, time management, team work, and computer literacy.
