        ah,        how  ironic  coming  from  someone  with  sweet  lies  dancing  ‘pon  their  tongue  the  same  way  flames  do  ‘round  fingertips.      dabi  is  not  one  to  be  trusted  in  every  sense  of  the  phrase;        a  wolf  bathed  in  the  blood  of  lamb        &.        wool  from  slaughtered  sheep,        yet  despite  this  alma  finds  him  swathed  in  a  type  of  allure  that  she  just  cannot  shake.    be  it  the  occasional  tryst  when  it’s  just  them  alone,        the  way  he  speaks  so  surely  of  himself,        like  he  knows  her  inside        &.        out      (     how  could  he        ?        i  barely  know  myself      ),        leaves  burns  on  wrists  akin  to  some  sort  of  warning  sign  that  vampiric  she  should  heed,        but  the  danger  brings  her  back  every  single  time.        knowing  he  could  go  for  her  throat,        knowing  she  could  latch  unto  burnt  flesh  with  a  mouth  full  of  sharpened  ivory        &.        rip  precious  jugular  straight  from  vessel        &.       she  would  relish  in  the  feast  is  simply  part  of  the  fun.
