✝ : it was time. there has been too much time since the last one. nee-san will get lonely. that’s not acceptable. not acceptable at all. he needed just one more. one more till nee-san had every friend she deserved. her happiness was just around the corner. he won’t let this place hold him back from his goals, not when it was for nee-san. there was possibilities upon possibilities, handfuls of eligible people, but there was one who caught his eye more than anyone. the perfect candidate for the big one hundred. she had interest in the things he had to say, she was kind and warm... bright like the sun. she was everything that was meant to be admirable in a person, and that... that is the kind of friend that nee-san deserves. almost like the cherry on top.
after studying her behavior for some time, he was able to find the place she worked, her shifts going till early morning. it was perfect. there was no need to meticulously plan ahead, no need to be overly cautious, because this was it. this was the last one. after this, it will all end. everything will be done. he will be with his beloved nee-san once more, where they can be together forever.
this early, the streets were as silent as they’d ever be. not a soul in sight. all that filled the dawn air was the sounds of the birds that were just waking up. it was ideal. there’d be only the footsteps of one individual, quit and diligent. there was a place he needed to be, before his window of opportunity was missed.
five am.
it was five in the morning. the nightclub approached, and a shiver of anticipation coursed through his body. he couldn’t be any happier right now. this was all he wanted for so long. finally, fate will be on his side. he could nearly moan simply out of excitement. but composure was key. even if there was no need to keep it a secret, for this to work in the first place, he couldn’t give himself away first thing.
slowly, he’d push open the doors of the building, greeted with the sight of a dim atmosphere, and a singular person wiping down the counters. ah. an unsettling smile spread on his face, his voice a little more breathy than usual.
“yang-kun~ what are you doing around so late? or should i say early, rather.”
