Swapverse Nicecream Guy. I dub him: Burgerbuns. Because he hid burgers near his Bun-bun buns.
FINALLY A BREAD THAT KIDDOS ARE NOT MAKING FACES AS THEY ARE OBLIGATED TO EAT ▫️ I had been craving a ham and cheese sandwich since last week and had been trying to stop and make the bread since Monday but that had not happened till today. ▫️ I was originally going to make a loaf of keto bread but then I saw a bread post by @low.carb.love and had to try those instead. ▫️ Oh this bread will be a regular in this home, especially with the kids. They have eaten the other breads I have made but have not enjoyed one like this one. . . . #ketobread #lowcarbbread #ketobuns #lowcarbbuns #keto #lowcarb #ketowoe #ketoeats #lowcarbeats #ketofood #ketogram #ketowayoflife #ketogenic #lowcarbfood #lowcarblife #kidapproved #kidfriendlyfood #ketokids #lowcarbkids #burgerbuns #sanwichthins

Make your burgers even better with these homemade brioche hamburger buns. Soft, slightly sweet, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients: 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast. 2/3 cup warm milk 110F. 3 tbsp granulated sugar. 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened. 3 large eggs. 1 1/2 tsp salt. 1 egg yolk for egg wash. Sesame seeds optional, for topping.
Instructions: In a small bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the softened butter and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs. Beat in the 3 eggs one at a time, ensuring each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next. Pour in the yeast mixture and mix until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place it in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size. Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a round bun and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Beat the egg yolk with a tablespoon of water and brush it over the buns. Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the buns are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped on the bottom. Let the buns cool on a wire rack before using them for your homemade burgers.
