FINALLY A BREAD THAT KIDDOS ARE NOT MAKING FACES AS THEY ARE OBLIGATED TO EAT ▫️ I had been craving a ham and cheese sandwich since last week and had been trying to stop and make the bread since Monday but that had not happened till today. ▫️ I was originally going to make a loaf of keto bread but then I saw a bread post by @low.carb.love and had to try those instead. ▫️ Oh this bread will be a regular in this home, especially with the kids. They have eaten the other breads I have made but have not enjoyed one like this one. . . . #ketobread #lowcarbbread #ketobuns #lowcarbbuns #keto #lowcarb #ketowoe #ketoeats #lowcarbeats #ketofood #ketogram #ketowayoflife #ketogenic #lowcarbfood #lowcarblife #kidapproved #kidfriendlyfood #ketokids #lowcarbkids #burgerbuns #sanwichthins
This recipe for a Big Mac Attack Burger will satisfy your Big Mac craving. It comes on toasted burger buns and is stuffed with juicy beef patties, American cheese, special sauce, and classic toppings. A taste of old-school fast food at home!
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. 8 slices American cheese. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/2 cup diced pickles. Special Sauce:. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons ketchup. 1 tablespoon yellow mustard. 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish. 1 teaspoon white vinegar. 1 teaspoon sugar. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season each patty with salt and pepper. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place two slices of American cheese on each patty and allow it to melt. While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill until they're lightly golden. In a small bowl, mix together all the Special Sauce ingredients until well combined. To assemble the burgers, spread the Special Sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place a cheese-covered patty on each bun, followed by shredded lettuce, diced onions, and diced pickles. Top with the remaining bun halves, and your Big Mac Attack Burgers are ready to serve!
