Indulge in the ultimate comfort food with this Poutine Burger! It's a juicy hamburger topped with gooey cheese curds, savory beef gravy, and crispy french fries, all served on a fresh bun. Perfect for burger lovers and poutine enthusiasts alike.

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheese e.g., cheddar or Swiss. 2 cups of frozen french fries. 1 cup of beef gravy. 1 cup of cheese curds. Salt and pepper to taste. Vegetable oil for frying.

Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet to medium-high heat. Shape the ground beef into four patties, season with salt and pepper. Cook the burger patties for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover to melt the cheese. While the burgers are cooking, heat vegetable oil in a separate pan for frying the french fries. Fry the frozen french fries until they are golden brown and crispy, then drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt. Warm the beef gravy in a saucepan over low heat. To assemble the burgers, place each cooked patty on a bun, top with a generous spoonful of cheese curds, and then pour hot gravy over the curds. Add a handful of crispy french fries on top of the gravy. Finish by placing the top bun on the fries to create a poutine burger. Serve immediately and enjoy!
