After reading a translation of the light novel with Shizuma and company in it, I would like to report early that the Buntan vs Sarada fight is significantly better in the light novel than it is in the anime, and Buntan's sheer seething hatred for the Uchiha on display in the novel makes any version of Shizuma people make up in their mind where he is a Hoshigake/Uchiha test tube baby funnier than it has any right to be. I will be making a longer yapping post about Shizuma and company down the line, but just wanted to get that out there early
