Hey guys! How's it going?π. . For this whisky Wednesday I'm having some... bourbon!π So it's basically bourbon Wednesday π. . I decided to pair this Bulleit 10yo with a couple of Vegueros Entretiempos, very good value for money for these sticks ππ»ππ»ππ»π₯. . Bulleit 10 Yo is aged in charred white American oak barrels. The outcome? A fascinating expression from the first tasting, which offers an incredibly intense, elegant and deep experience, much more complex compared to the younger expressions from the range. It seems that this combination of 68% corn, 28% rye and 4% malted barley is a winner. . Here is my review of the 10yo Bulleit: . Nose: Aromatic and intense, dominated by wood notes, cinnamon and vanilla influences. . Palate: Sweet exotic fruit tones and dry fruits wrapped in vanilla, maple syrup and spices. . Finish: Long, rich, spicy. . Color: Amber. . I have to say, this one is actually good, compared to other Bulleit expressions I've triedπ. . What do you guys think about this classic bourbon?
