this is based on one of my own fantasies. i like to imagine the trans guy in this is holding about 8 liters, and is plugged so none can escape. maybe he's been filled, or maybe he's been holding for many days. regardless, his bladder hurts very badly. it's almost impossible to endure, but he's too entranced and turned on by it to pee. he keeps pushing on it and rubbing it even though it makes it hurt even more.

The Elder considers the figure before him, her heaving chest rising with each breath, her full, round breasts taut under strain.

He twirls a finger. “Turn to the side.”

The submissive obeys, rotating to face her left. Her bladder protrudes several inches, creating a clear outline in her pelvic region—bulging like a bowling ball inside her. She leans forward to accommodate the swollen mass.

“Stand up straight,” he states, snapping his fingers. “Report on your condition.”

The submissive exhales sharply as she straightens up, a painful bladder contraction wracking her petite body.

“Sir,” she exhales—a plea in its acknowledgment. “It’s been five hours, and I’ve consumed 750 milliliters.” She holds her breath as he examines her, terrified it won’t be enough.

He palpates her bladder with two fingers, testing for resistance and firmness.

He presses down, applying direct pressure to her swollen bladder.

Elena stifles a sob.

“Good girl, that’s it,” he croons. “Control yourself and maintain composure at all costs.” He continues applying pressure with his index and middle fingers. She quivers with the strain of holding against the added force.

She drops her hands from behind her head and clutches at her pelvic region—one hand stuffed between her legs, the other gently cradling her bulging bladder, as if to alleviate the pressure.

“I said stand up straight, Elena,” he corrects, pressing his third finger into her bladder with one hand while returning her arms to position with the other. “Have some control and keep your hands here.”

Elena whimpers as she struggles to maintain posture. Being forced to stand upright stretches and compresses her painfully full bladder. She clenches her muscles and focuses on her breathing, momentarily distracted from the pain.

“Elena,” he says sharply, “your attention should be here.”

He thrusts his palm into her bladder.

Elena gasps. “I’m sorry, Sir,” she exhales, brow furrowed as she struggles to stay in control. “I’m—”

I just got home and I’m in desperate desperate need of a piss. My bladder is beginning to swell out. I can’t really stand up straight. I really, really gotta go.
