Othersides Buildtober - Flooded (Day 3)
I know im late and forgot to do the first 2 days of buildtober but im finally starting. Sadly my builds this year will be a little smaller due to exams and such but im still gonna try and do what I can!
Tucked into the dark woods where you can't see the sun, the occasional lost wanderer has reported stumbling across something quite unusual -- a giant, rotting apple being eaten by a large, yet friendly, worm.
It is, of course, only a superstition. Everyone knows the only large red thing in those woods are the large red mushrooms that are native there. The wanderer insists it is real.
Regardless, no one ever enters those woods. Especially not alone. For it is also said that the monsters that roam the night wander freely in the Dark Wood no matter the time of day.

In translating the apple to survival, I had to make it a bit smaller. I wanted to fit it into the dark oak forest near my town without having to mow down tons of trees. It still looks cute and tucked in very nicely! Those with a keen eye can likely spot it from the top of the nearby mountain range. I wonder if that witch had anything to do with this...

Day 01: Orchard - Day 02
I wanted to go for a super classic, organized apple orchard with an adorable fence surrounding it. I always have tons of fun decorating paths, and the new leaf piles add so much!! Also thought I'd add some acacia buttons to look like "fallen apples"
