Well the right post found you! (While being bored) I discovered some pretty cool seeds that are, perhaps, what you are looking for. (just a quick disclaimer for anyone wondering I was using pocket edition mc)

Big big land:

Mostly surrounded by ocean, got really nice cliffs and hills. I think survivors and aesthetic builders could really like this! seed: 878 052 534 74

Pretty flatlands:

ALOT of flat areas + a village behind the view. Big building builders and farmers this one’s for you!

Big snow:

Like the title; quite big snow biome with decent amount of flat area.
