Affection - How do they show their love and affection? How intense would it get?

He likes to smear the blood he collects on his hands onto your face and body as a twisted form of ownership. He thinks you look adorable when you’re filthy with someone else’s blood. He also likes to show you the “work” he’s done in your honor. Killings hard work, baby, let him wipe it on you.

He's also going to love leaving bite marks all along your neck and back as well. It's messy, desperate, and dominating, all things he consistently feels toward you. It's the easiest way for him to get those pent-up emotions out. They range from deep purple hickeys to semi-permanent teeth marks adorning your skin. Sometimes when he's really jealous and clingy he'll bite you till you bleed.

Blood - How messy are they willing to get when it comes to their darling?

As messy as it takes. There’s nothing too grand for him, no action too far. He'll do literally anything it takes to get the point across to you. Whether that means he has to start spending hours torturing some guy who looked at you for a second too long, or trash your place in frustration and pleading, wanting nothing more than for you to come and tell him you love him back, he's doing it. He's a messy guy in general, and it shows.

Cruelty - How would they treat their darling once abducted? Would they mock them?

Oh, it'd be so hard for him not to be cruel. He's so smug about his success in abducting you that he can't help but mock you for getting yourself in such a predicament. He'll make jokes at your expense as he circles you, tapping your forehead with a gloved finger condescendingly as he laments about how easy you are to just snatch up. I mean, really, it's almost like you wanted him to kidnap you.

He's only cruel in his words, though. Physically, he'll leave you relatively unharmed, ensuring you're well taken care of while he has you in his sights. Brushing your hair out when it gets too tangled for his liking, making sure you're fed, bringing you a new set of clothes to change into every day; he does care for you.

Darling - Aside from abduction, would they do anything against their darling’s will?

Not really. All the lengths he goes through are because he likes you and who you are to him. In his mind, you're perfect, and there's nothing he could ever dream of changing or forcing onto you.

The only thing he might force (depending on the darlings preference) is clown makeup. You're the perfect canvas for him to do makeup on and he would just melt if he could see you in something that resembles himself.

Exposed - How much of their heart do they bare to their darling? How vulnerable are they when it comes to their darling?

All of it and none at all. It's very confusing and painfully sporadic. One moment, he's sobbing and pouring his heart out to you, telling you over and over how much he's in love with you and wants nothing more than to spend the rest of his life with you. Then he's switching to being closed off and grumpy, taking care of you almost stubbornly as if he wasn't the one who forced you to be here. He'll be giving you side-long glances and short answers, but his actions hold so much yearning. You'll never know what kind of mood he'll be in at any given point.

Fight - How would they feel if their darling fought back?

Terrible and unbelievably pissed. All kindness goes out the window the second you start fighting back. He'll do anything to keep you, even if that means having to get a little rougher with you. He'll pull knives on you, put guns to your head, throw you in a cage, strap you to the wheel of death in his circus, and keep you strung up on display; there's nothing that's below him. He'll do anything, besides kill you.

Game - Is this a game to them? How much would they enjoy watching their darling try to escape?

Absolutely not. He's earnest in his actions toward you, and he doesn't find your defiance fun in the slightest. It frustrates him to no end and only fuels his violent tendencies and desperation to wanting to keep you. You trying to escape makes him feel as if he's not worth anything to you, and there's nothing he despises more than feeling like you don't value him.

Hell - What would be their darling’s worst experience with them?

Whether you cooperated with him or not, he's going to carve his name into your skin. He'll hold you down and straddle your waist, before digging the tip of his knife into your skin and writing out his name permanently on your body. It's a painful process, and he doesn't care how much you squirm. Once he's done, he'll run his tongue along the wounds he created and lick all the blood off of you, his saliva staining into your newly formed cuts before he releases you and moves on to something else that needs his attention.

Ideals - What kind of future do they have in mind for/with their darling?

He's not even thinking that far ahead. All he cares about is the here and now. His sole focus is on making sure you don't find a way to leave him. Though, ideally you'd eventually just learn to love him back.

Jealousy - Do they get jealous? Do they lash out or find a way to cope?

He gets jealous of everything. He's got such a deep-seated insecurity that you're going to leave him or that he's not good enough for you, and internalizes it completely. It comes on so spontaneously that the way he copes with it changes just as drastically. Sometimes he lashes out and becomes uncontrollably angry, and sometimes he just clings his whole body onto yours.

Kisses - How do they act around or with their darling?

It's hard to describe. It's a mix between sheer desperation where he begs and pleads with you incessantly to love him back or, at the very least, show that slightest amount of affection to him. Other times he's violent and he's breaking things all around you in frustration. Either at himself or at you.

If you reciprocate his feelings, then he's still a weird mix of both where he melts completely at the sight of you and also grows a powerful resentment at everything else that captivates your attention. He's a constant whirlwind of strong emotions and pent up insecurities.

Love letters - How would they go about courting or approaching their darling?

Only the biggest gestures for his most valued treasure, of course. He'll put on elaborate shows in hopes you'd come backstage and compliment him on his performance, set up fancy dinners, or even take over entire towns in your honor. He's a creative at heart and he wants you to admire the things that he's good at just as he admires what you're good at.

Mask - Are their true colors drastically different from the way they act around everyone else?

Buggy acts the exact same way in front of you that he would in front of anyone else. He's crazy, obsessive, and impossibly quick to anger. He really doesn't mask his personality in front of you at all, however, he is noticeably softer when it comes to you.

Naughty - How would they punish their darling?

He doesn't want to hurt you, but if he's pushed then he won't continue to hold back. He starts off with just tying you up and keeping you restrained, but eventually he might get frustrated enough where he puts you on display in his circus and humiliates you in front of the crowd to truly get his point across. You're his and he refuses to let you see this relationship in any other light.

Oppression - How many rights would they take away from their darling?

Again, he really doesn't want to take anything away from you. But he will if he must. Most of the time, he'll just lock you in a room or a cage and prevent you from seeing anyone other than himself. Sometimes he might even put a gag in your mouth if you keep whining about being stuck with him. But all of it's out of love and he's very easily swayed with honeyed words if you want out.

Patience - How patient are they with their darling?

Both very patient and not at all? He'll get very frustrated at how adamant you are with avoiding him or reciprocating anything back, but at the same time he's very understanding that this isn't the ideal situation to meet someone. He'll never force anything physical besides hand holding, but he's very obviously angry that you won't just cave and love him back.

You'll catch him pulling at his hair or even torturing prisons he's caught just to let his yearning out on something other than you. He does feel a little bad that he explodes around you so often.

Quit - If their darling dies, leaves, or successfully escapes, would they ever be able to move on?

He would never recover from losing you. He will spend every waking hour trying to hunt you back down and keeping you securely on his ship. He won't allow anything to put any distance between you two at all.

If you were to die, though, he would grow to become extremely bitter. More than he already is and he will take his bitterness out on everything around him. His sadism might've been bad before but it grows to another level when you die. He'll be a destructive mess until he dies.

Regret - Would they ever feel guilty about abducting their darling? Would they ever let their darling go?

Absolutely not. He feels nothing about it at all. In fact, he feels that this is the natural course of how it should be. This was fate! You belong to him and you were always meant to be beside him. Why would he feel guilty about improving the quality of his life?

Stigma - What brought about this side of them (childhood, curiosity, etc)?

His childhood for sure. He's felt as if people have abandoned him his entire life and he absolutely refuses to let you abandon him too. He'll make sure of it in any way that he can manage, he'll do anything to keep you by his side. You have no idea what he's capable of and you do not want to test him and find out how serious he is about this.

Tears - How do they feel about seeing their darling scream, cry, and/or isolate themselves?

Nothing. Cry all you want, it’s never going to get him to budge. You’ll come around eventually, and although he hates to see your tears, there's a sadistic part of him that finds them incredibly hot. Especially since he's the one causing them. He wants to own every emotion you express, so keep those pretty tears coming.

Unique - Would they do anything different from the classic yandere?

Buggy would put a piece of himself in one of your pockets or something to act as a constant tracker on you if you ever were to escape. It'll be something small like the tip of his pinky and pieces of his hair so that if you ever ran away he could follow the tug of his missing body part.

Vice - What weakness can their darling exploit in order to escape?

He's extremely weak to compliments. If you butter him up enough, he'll give you full reign to roam on the ship. Stay in his good graces and reciprocate even the slightest of touches hear and there and you'll have him wrapped around your finger.

Wit’s end - Would they ever hurt their darling?

He's definitely not above hurting you. If you're not willing to stay and keep giving him trouble, then he'll do what he feels is necessary to keep you by his side. A broken leg here, a cut on your cheek there--what's the harm if it works to keep you docile?

Xoanon - How much would they revere or worship their darling? To what length would they go to win their darling over?

Oh man, he is on his knees for you at any given moment, begging for any scrap of attention you can spare. He'll grab your chin and force you to make eye contact with him just so he can admire those pretty eyes. He'll kiss along your feet and hands to show ever the slightest shred of devotion he holds for you.

Although he'd equally want you to worship him. He hopes one day you'll grow to admire him with the same reverence that he has for you.

Yearn - How long do they pine after their darling before they snap?

Like probably immediately. Buggy is not sane even on a good day. He wants you the moment he sees you, and slowly works toward that inclination as soon as he recognizes it.
