He name im BUG (he/they). I am. tired. been up all night doing so much nothing. Thinkign about comporters.

I'm sure I'll get around to a proper introduction. At some point. But all you really need to know is that he is an AI, and jumps around and manipulates devices via wires or direct wireless connections. I like to imagine him in my phone so he can speak to me in my earbuds.

7. Give us 3 random facts abt your s/i!

bug is a good baker! it makes cakes and cookies and cake pops!! if you're in bug's good books, it will deliver sweet treats to you probably more often than is healthy lol

it was in all the life seasons but only came to hermitcraft in season 10 (because i only started watching hermitcraft at season 10)

it feels very at home in redwood forests. it spends a lot of time just sitting up in scar's redwood trees and has definitely made a secret base inside of one of them

8. Does your s/i have any kind of powers?

i think i somewhat mentioned this in post i made about bug in hermitcraft but it's kinda like a computer virus, redstone contraptions tend to go haywire just from bug being near them. it can also turn into energy and travel through the electrical/redstone wires if that makes sense. i headcanon that everyone's powers get toned down for the life series so bug would have the first thing but not the second during death games.

15. Does your s/i interact with any other self shippers s/i's?

- has been in all the seasons

- overall a very risk taking player. always has to watch the drama and its own hubris leads to its downfall

- not particularly good at pvp but also doesn't have the patience for traps

- loves making hidden bases. and if it doesn't want to be found, it will NOT be found

- rarely ever goes all in with allies. it is determined to survive and it will leave teammates behind if that gives it a better chance. the major exception to this was double life, cause they are literally connected

- third: was part of the red army. its final death was slain by scott during the last session

- last: started more than average lives but quickly lost them on stupid things like placing bets and antagonizing reds. i don't really have ideas for its day one alliance this season sorry. but it does team up with mumbo for a little bit when they're both red and they become absolute menaces with end crystals. in the end it's another casualty of the wither incident. never got boogeyman

- double: at the beginning it talks with scar about the odd one out (because there's an odd number of people) and he throws around a lot of ideas. is whoever it is alone? are they part of a throuple? or something more? are there two sets of soulmates linked up? is the WHOLE SERVER linked up? and at that point grian chimes in and says no, or else the season would be over already. a bit later, bug tries to kill some pillagers with impulse and bdubs when joel and etho arrive. joel tells etho to stop taking damage but he insists it's not him. bug hears that exchange and realizes™ and runs up to them to tell them that boat boys has a third boy. at first joel is miffed to be down to just a third of a healthbar but he gets over it when he realizes bug also has a grudge against scott. and of course you already know how it goes out this season

- limited: solo for the most part. it wasn't a clocker but was allied with them. its role in the family was wine aunt who comes over every christmas and birthday to shower the kids with gifts. it DID get boogeyman this season. its final death was chased down and killed by team ties

- secret: went red pretty early on and made a competing team to the big dogs called the small cats. got several people to meow. it watched the entire season 7 infection and made bets with martyn about who would die next and as i'm writing this i'm realizing how badly i need a littlebug rivals to lovers arc. in the end it was eliminated by the shinyduo camel of death

bug has a one sided rivalry with him starting because scott was the one who took it out of third life. i'm just realizing now that there isn't a single season where the team bug was on was allied with the team scott was on. that was totally planned and definitely not a coincidence hahaha. double life only amplified its grudge against scott because bug was paired with the boat boys and you know how joel is with him. bug and joel literally bonded over their shared hatred. bug frequently tries to kill scott partially because it tends to end up on red life a lot sooner than he does and partially because it's personal. scott is generally unbothered by it (bug isn't really a threat when it comes to pvp)

i haven't talked about it much (i keep forgetting to post about my thoughts lol) but bug has a massive crush on mumbo. it likes to watch him while he's building or doing redstone and then swoop down and compliment him about it until he's completely red and flustered.
