You can make these Buffalo-Ranch Chicken Sandwiches in the crock pot and eat them on game day or during the week. They taste great and are easy to make because they are cooked in a slow cooker.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 packet ranch seasoning mix. 1/2 cup buffalo sauce. 1/4 cup butter, melted. 8 slices of your favorite bread. 8 slices of pepper jack cheese. Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, ranch dressing.
Instructions: Put chicken breasts in the crock pot. Put buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning mix, and melted butter in a small bowl and mix them together. Put the mix on top of the chicken breasts. Set the timer for 6 to 8 hours on low or 3 to 4 hours on high. Cover and cook until the chicken is tender and cooked all the way through. Use two forks to shred the chicken, then mix it well with the sauce. If you want to, toast the bread slices. To make sandwiches, put a slice of pepper jack cheese on each piece of bread and then a lot of buffalo-ranch chicken on top of that. You can add toppings if you want to. Enjoy while hot!
