I think I’m gonna practice more on backgrounds before next years art fight, I was so crunched for time and the carnival in my second pic was NOT doing what I wanted it to so I had to photobash something together and while I don’t hate how everything turned out I could’ve done better. At least I know what to work on next!

JD is an eccentric woman who wormed her way into Zomburger the day she saw it on the road. Cesare immediately hired her due to her “moxie” (and frankly, insanity). She’s way too into her worm shtick, putting live ones into her hair and pockets each day, letting them loose around the truck and sneaking them onto burgers. It’s gotten so bad to the point where Cesare routinely has to pick worms out of the engine. She’s rash, crude, but strong-willed and ambitious. She’s also incredibly performative, and her zombie persona is starting to interfere with her personal life. Sharing this similarity with Allen, they get along well, but they secretly see each other as rivals. They frequently try to 1 up each other on their crazy burger ideas. Apparently they’ve also started a “collaborative project” outside of work, sparked by JD’s growing interest in mycology…

JZ was resurrected because her adopted son, Gerb, was desperate for her to come back. Although the procedure was successful, she wasn’t the same. Before, a kind, easy going woman, and now, either due to the mycelium inching its way into her brain or being forced to throw her old life away, she became impulsive and reckless. When Gerb returned to her care, it was obvious she lacked the emotional stability to care for a child, practically handing him away to a group of strange creatures that previously sought after him when she was dead. She spent her days increasingly drawn to JD, idolizing and worshiping her, spiraling into an almost cult-like obsession.
