Imagine record of Ragnarok with a burning spice!reader.
I've always liked to play with fire
Play with fire (I've always liked to play with fire)
Play with fire (I've always liked to play with fire)
Fire, fire (I've always liked to play with fire)
Record of Ragnarok x burning spice!reader ( Brunhilde, Loki, Shiva, Thor, Poseidon )
It was during a short break before Ragnarok began, and suddenly alarm as well as sirens rang all across Valhalla. The silver tree seal has been broken, releasing the beast to freedom. Immediately, guards are sent to the location to keep things at bay but of course fail.
When you get out, your presence immediately brings fear towards the guards. For centuries you have been trapped inside that seal and now you are free, especially learning about Ragnarok–you are immediately happy.
Brunhilde
Brunhilde has heard myth as well as legends about your conquest and former virtue. Honestly she understands why you choose this path, but still she won't enable your actions. Your old followers have started to regroup and right now you are making your move, she is sure that you also won't sit still so instead he offers a deal.
There were certain changes on the list, Zeus was determined to keep you out of the conflict wanting you to be on the neutral side or at least fight on the divine side. But in the end you simply don't care, cause whether it's a god or human–nothing can escape destruction.
It didn't take much to convince you to fight for humanity, it was a gamble that Brunhilde took that even göll is concerned as well as worried. Even when humanity wins the match, another problem is you–so she decided to make extra precautions to seal you away with the help of your old friend traitor
Loki
Loki would find your vibe fun as well as chaotic, honestly you and him would get along very well if you guys aren't on the opposing side as well as a potential danger for Brunhilde. Loki is often confused by you, why did you fall into depravity–in the books you were brilliant but why fall. Honestly, he finds your story interesting.
Honestly he was against you fighting in the ring despite wanting to see it, actually he's been overhearing how the old man and his uncle are talking about how to seal you away–it's truly shameful and a waste.
He would usually try to hang out with you but it seems you have no interest whatsoever in him, not to mention. He has much more fun with your hetchman by pranking them especially the one who has a half body of a tiger, she's very devoted to you.
Shiva
Honestly you and him would have been good friends or were friends until you have fallen from your virtues, he was heart broken as well as betrayed on how you choose this path–you know that he is there for you, he sometimes wishes that you would go towards him for advice before all of this happen.
You and him have big dreams together, Shiva admired how you wish to help others as well as striving to see them grow. Before he could tell that there's something bothering you, but due to your persistence that you were fine he decided to leave–sometimes he wishes that he could help more.
Most of the gods in the Hindu pantheon also felt the same way, but when you and him pass by each other–you don't even look at him. If you ever wish to change, he would still be there waiting and is happy to see an old friend again.
Thor
When he heard you manage to get out, excitement filled his body–finally a worthy opponent, our battle would be legendary!!!. Sadly he was side tracked by his father wanting to discuss something as well as a meeting held by Zeus.
Save to say he originally wasn't so thrilled when it was revealed he was gonna be the first one to fight for the gods in the Ragnarok, you and his fight gonna have to wait and he has to deal with the human.
After the fight with lubu, Thor is not as thrilled or thirsty for a battle after the round because it was fun. Although, he is looking forward to the day where he can finally fight you similar towards how lubu is with him.
Poseidon
Poseidon would disdain you for many reasons, one of them of you choosing to help the weak. Honestly he finds it foolish coming from you believing you could help as well as guiding civilization until they decided to crumble beside you.
He would not even talk to you or look at you in the eye. Seeing you as a failed god, as well as a waste of good divinity. Despite you being strong, you still have human weakness –when he learns the reason why you failed from virtue, he would absolutely be disgusted.
Poseidon would not respect you, in fact–I bet he doesn't respect anyone in general only him and his brother are worthy of it. He would immediately attack you, because he views you as a stained towards divinity or is too human to be one.

Heyo!! Do you think you could please write something with a platonic!child!reader who is an assistant for brunhilde? They could be in charge of logging the battle times and events... you could say that they are the "record of ragnarok" (im so stupid, i know. I'm sorry lmao)
HELP LMFAO ofc I can 🤭🤭🤭 that's actually so fcking funny I love you😭(platonically)
Being Brunhildes assistant was not for the weak. How you managed to deal with everything was an accomplishment in itself.
Brunhilde was nice but her shifts in personality often caught you off guard when you first started working for the woman. You got better at dealing with her the longer you worked for her though.
When the ragnarok had first commenced, you were the one in charge of keeping track of the times the fighters died and how long the fight had lasted, and any events that'd happen. but soon enough with all the beefs going on you'd actually started to log down all of the confrontations as well(outside of the arena). like the time loki tried intimidating Buddha, and when odin was confronted by Buddha and Beelzebub,SIGH you even logged down that moment when loki was in his room with his doll of brunhilde. Yes you knew and were there..You had to log everything, and I mean everything.
Before Brunhilde chose the future fighters, you'd help Brunhilde find information on them, finding out their skills, abilities, how they fought, and what they were like. You did the same for your opponents and It wasn't a very easy task, but you completed it with perfect persison.
You were held in high regard by her sisters. they praised you a lot for being able to deal with their older sister so much while still being sane.
And although you were just an assistant, Brunhilde and her sisters care for you a lot. Often joking about how you were their long lost sister that's finally home.
As the ragnarok commenced once more, and with all the deaths of your new found sisters, with tears and shared moments, you were now more than determined to prove that humanity deserved to live. Even with all of the faults they may have.
You were absolutely not about to let your sister's death be in vain.
A lot of the fighters, even some of the gods, held a lot of respect for you and your work. They all saw how dedicated you were to serving your master and admired it. Some even wished they'd had you as their assistant.
You were quick, knowledgeable, and an absolute power combo when paired with Brunhilde. Brunhilde knew how smart and capable you were, it was the reason she chose you in the first place to play such a role. Not only that but you have info on basically everyone to have ever existed. You had this book you'd always carry with you, you always held it close making sure no one could grab it. Brunhilde was always very curious about it, but she let you be.
Although you were merely just a child, there were some gods that were genuinely afraid of what threat you could pose to them. There was no way for them to gain your favour as most of them had voted against humanities survival. But apart from that there were a few gods that you did indeed like. Heracles,Hermes,Ares(because you thought he was good entertainment) and Hades!
Whilst You helped Brunhilde you also grew very close with humanities fighters. You liked most of them! You thought they were brave enough to not run away from something like this.
You'd always find yourself talking with the fighters before the fights. Always encouraging them and praising them so they were extra confident to win!
Before the ragnarok officially started, a lot of the gods pitied you for having to deal with Brunhilde and for being pushed into the workings behind the scenes. They simply couldn't understand that there was a child doing more of an impact than they could. And that was saying something.
