Okay PPGs! I have a new declaration. Working girls, school sweethearts, socialites..lend me your ears! I hereby declare that on the 7th day..we BRUNCH with CPJ.
First of all we love a GOOD collab and for Sunday brunch? Yes, I’ll take any excuse I can find to indulge in mimosas, amazing food and look good while doing it for those “HASHTAG ON SUNDAYS WE BRUNCH” photos. CPJ, on the other hand, has added its signature “premium” style to brunching on a Sunday..all whilst maintaining a relaxing environment inclusive of a seating area, a cocktail bar, a Refresh bar for your kiddies, portable cooling fans and last Sunday- food by Pink Apron and Simo’s Bread and Catering.
Warning! I’m about to get a bit technical for my PPG’s who have never been to Brunch At CPJ. The food is set up by the entrance of the courtyard. The menu consisted of about 5-6 items inclusive of price and was extremely visible! (Yes, sometimes I’m blind so I appreciate this small detail). I purchased my food by the Pink Apron truck and received a number..seamless process. While I waited, I was able to collect my Mango Margarita Popsicle from Simo! Now girl..the spice totally caught me off guard but added something to that popsicle I never knew I needed! God Bless. ALSO..talk truth..isn’t Simo a sweetheart?
Now I decided on the spicy chicken complimented with maple glazed cronut. LOVE..Love love love, do you know that love you experience when your boyfriend does something exceptionally right without you having to tell him to? That type of love! It’s not only delicious but easy to eat, we’re at brunch after all and this girl is a messy eater so I take no chances! 10/10 would recommend.
And what’s brunch without prosecco? I’d like to propose a toast to the new Brunch spot that is now CPJ! I had a great time, my stomach is in a great mood! I shall be stalking Pink Apron and Simo’s from now on and I’m not ashamed of my Instagram stalker game. By the way, if anyone is upset with you..buy them a bottle of Mionetto. TRUST ME.
