DIA18: MAGIC

✨🌞El Sol y la Luna 🌕✨

Antes del primer respiro del mundo,

cuando el vacío aún no sabía pronunciar la luz,

él la encontró:

la Luna, blanca sacerdotisa del silencio.

El Sol, coronado de fuego, inclinó su eternidad,

y en un rito que sólo los astros recuerdan,

marcaron sus nombres en la piel del cosmos.

Desde entonces arden uno en el otro:

él, consumido por su deseo de alcanzarla;

ella, temblando en su danza de plata,

escapando sólo para regresar.

En cada eclipse renuevan su pacto antiguo,

él la abraza con sombras ardientes,

ella lo besa con noche pura.

Amor nacido del origen,

alianza sellada en sangre de estrellas:

Sol y Luna, amantes eternos,

uniéndose una y otra vez

en la liturgia infinita de la creación con su magia eterna.

El Bosque Mágico

While I think it’s very cool and important to interact with witches with different cultures, I also would love to know some witches that share the same culture as me. Unfortunately I haven’t come across any so far, though I am new on Tumblr. It’s a bit difficult to find some in person where I live, and the few times I do, they’re catholic witches. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but it’s just not what interests me. I’m particularly interested in witches who are more invested in the Mexica and Maya pantheons/mythologies. If any of you are out there, I’d love to check out your blog!

(Also, sorry that this isn’t in Spanish, I’m not fluent and am still learning it. I understand more than I can speak 🤧)
