Hi there, and thank you so much for reaching out!
I would say that spinning is 'easy' in the regard that it is quite low stakes to start (you can make your own drop spindle out of many different household items) and most larger craft stores will stock inexpensive wool roving for felting. This wool is, of course, not optimal for spinning, but if you just want to dip your toe into it and see if it's a textile art that suits you, it is my best suggestion that won't break the bank.
Spinning wheels can be found second-hand, and often vintage/antique ones can be found at yard sales or similar, but I advise against buying a cheap wheel on a whim if you have zero knowledge of spinning. Start with a spindle (if you buy one, it usually is below 30CHF), get acquainted to the tool and the motions, and if you feel like spinning is something you want to pursue as a more 'serious' hobby, you can later on start looking around for a secondhand wheel. Ashford, Kromski, Schacht and Louet are all good brands where you can still find replacement parts and accessories. On my local ads I can find Ashford Traditional wheels for 200-300 CHF, so it's still not cheap.
As for tutorials to get started, there are a lot of them on Youtube, for example this one by JillianEve. If you are someone who works better in a group, or with a tutor, I suggest looking up if there are fiber craft workshops in your area. Personally, I did my first attempts at spinning at a workshop too, and for me it was great to have someone to demonstrate and troubleshoot.
Now, our brains come in many different forms. I "only" have ASD, not ADHD, and for me, spinning is a very comforting and relaxing hobby that allows me to connect with the past and the daily craft of so many people before me. However, it does take a lot of patience, perseverance and time to master, so depending on whether you are easily frustrated or need quick dopamine hits in order to be able to keep at something, it might not be perfect. Unfortunately, I cannot give you a clear answer on this.
Currently, I do not sell any of my wool tops or batts as I don't have a business, and, again, I would advise against splurging on any expensive or overly fancy wool in the beginning. Do check out your local craft store and see if they have felting wool, some stores even stock merino top if you want to indulge a little :)
I hope this helped, and good luck with your spinning adventure!
