I confess. It was me. I broke the internet.
It wasn’t Amazon. It was karma. I think of all the hours I spent on the phone trying to help my mother get back online. After 2-3 hours of trying to get her to understand that AOL isn’t the internet, I’d tell her that the whole internet broke from overuse and to just give it a few hours. Over time, my brothers and sisters started telling her the same thing. This is payback. Not the Amazon Cloud. I knew it would happen and I apologize. There. I said it. It’s out there. Your service should be restored shortly.
It won’t happen again. I have learned my lesson.
