Iceage - Broken Hours (Official Audio)
I just realized that if anyone in my life were to die
I wouldn't care

I just can't make myself sad about any of them dying unless I put myself in the shoes of someone else

MCF: Broken Hours Live Commentary
It’s been a while since I did one of these. Can’t even remember if I did the last game, though the lore of that did get quite insane... Anyhow, spoilers below the cut. You have been warned.
Broken Hours - Barom&Gyuri
It was her most precious treasure and yet it was broken, turned into a dozen of clockwork pieces she would never know how to put back together. The music box was unique, a present from her father which included everything she loved most in the world, including her own world, the Tokki (토끼) Dimension.
She could still hear its carefully organized melody, Promise, one she had grown up with and made her close her eyes every single time because it was just not enough to listen to it surrounded by other things. This wasn’t the only reason why the gift was special though. It wasn’t merely a music box, but a watch as well, one that followed her into the small mirror on its inside and always told her to come back – basically, one of the few things that connected the girl to reality. Luckily, the mirror was still intact, so the dimension was as well. Gyuri would have cried if she wasn’t able to hide there anymore, if everything she had created inside of it was gone forever and there was no way to have it back. Because, just as in reality, once the only entry was broken there was no way in and no way out.
The Nephilim knew only one person that might be capable of fixing the music box. The man was a mechanic, not a specialist on that kind of thing. He had probably never even worked with clockwork machines, but it was worth the shot. Gyuri didn’t just trust her important objects to any stranger and this person was already a good acquaintance. Besides – okay, maybe this was the most important factor on why she was trusting him – he had told her he’d try and fix it for free. To Gyuri, this was like a candy given to her; she’d blindly accept it just like a little kid.
The mechanic shop was a dirty place as expected, reason why the Nephilim was happy to have brought her old bib and tennis. The noise was not pleasant, but the smell somehow drew her in. She looked at herself and nodded, then took a step forward and looked around.
“Hello?”, she called, walking into the apparently empty garage. There was a beautiful car just beside her – an old one, she wished she could say more but knowledge was missing. “Is anyone here? Come out or I’ll find you!” She grinned slightly once something moved from under the car and bent down to see who it was, straight hair falling over her face and preventing her from discerning the person. “Boo!”
