Bermudan Cedar Chest of Drawers, Circa 1770, made in the style of English Jacobean furniture. Bermudan craftsmen made a variety of furniture out of imported Mahogany and local Bermuda cedar also called Bermuda juniper. These pieces were largely made for British colonies in the Caribbean throughout the 18th century.
