Oh, it's not just a British Problem. If I don't get at a least a handwave, I am pissed. It's just rude.

Not to be ANOTHER Brit complaining about the heat rn.
BUT
"Oh the Brits can't handle the heat"
"Haha look at the bits who can't handle more than 20°C"
OUR BUILDINGS ARE NOT BUILT FOR HOT WEATHER
The UK is a cold place. Its cold, its rainy, it hails and snows. OCCASIONALLY we get about 2 weeks of sun and even when the sun comes out it's still freezing. So all our building are built to trap heat in and most don't even do that well. We have radiators not air conditioning. YES we are complaining about how hot it is right now, because there is nowhere to go to escape the heat except the freezer section of a shop!
Rant over
how it feels in the UK when it's above 20°C

Gang my dads falling into the reform uk pipeline what do i do
Genuine question where do I get actually good quality alternative clothes in the UK cuz atp I have three options:
Shein (boo fast fashion)
Urban outfitters (soo expensive and probs fast fashion)
Charity shops (mostly millennial clothing/damaged stuff)
For context I'm broke af and I don't want to support fast fashion but I also want to dress decently cuz I currently have ONE pair of jeans and like a couple tops that I actually like :(
