Styling my sister for her South Indian Wedding . I made her a beautiful pomegranate coloured and gold kanjiveram silk saree with an embroidered border and a contrasting mango yellow and red blouse. The jewellery was made with kemp stones in gold and in shades of green and meroon. I did a lot of research to make sure I got all the elements of her look right, for instance the styling of her hair ; the waistband , the flowers, the nose pin and the bangles. I wanted to add my signature touch but at the same time make sure she looked like a traditional South Indian Bride.
