Claudine Frollo

For the first break, Claudine opts to stay on-campus (to catch up on classes). Plus, she also enjoys the quiet now that Freddie is gone— they need time away before they try to kill one another…

After spending more time in Auradon and making new friends along the lines of Grouchy Dwarfson and Beatriz Madrigal-Guerrero, she starts to go with them to their houses off and on depending on her mood. Sometimes she wants to go spend time with friends, but others she'd rather enjoy the quiet of campus when no one is around so she can focus on extra schoolwork.

After graduation, with the help of Fairy Godmother (and by order of the United Kingdom Council) Claudine is given a small apartment and small allotment of money to help get her started so she has somewhere to live once she's no longer able to live on-campus. It's still in Auradon City, and for all the irony it entails, her apartment overlooks the Notre Dame...

Murphey le Beak

Murphey is a little more of a challenge. Unlike people like Freddie, he has no idea if he has family out there in Auradon. So, what does he do?

For the first break they have at Auradon Prep, Murph stays behind on Campus, following a similar fashion as Carlos and taking some winter courses to try and catch up on the schooling he'd missed out on. It's actually fine by him, especially since Adam goes off-campus with his damn snake and Murph finally feels like he can breathe for the first time all semester.

After he and Freddie get together (sometime after D2, I don't have the full timeline set yet) she invites him to come with her to Bayou d'Orleans and spend time with her down there. He accepts off and on, sometimes wishing to remain on-campus for some peace and quiet.

Adam Mim

Adam knew he had adoptive family in Auradon, the only issue was he didn't exactly know how to get into contact with them. That was until he ran into Draco Ambrosius— the adopted son of Merlin.

With the help of Draco, he's able to reach out to his adoptive Aunt, Brea Bogwater-le Noir when he comes to Camelot, and he ends up staying with her and her family— husband Breunor, and daughters Jinx & Bronte— during breaks (while sometimes choosing to remain on-campus when he isn't in the mood for family).
