Today is day 122/365, already 1/3 of my challenge is completed! After 122 days I can confirm that it became a part of my daily routine. There is way less stress and it's now something completely natural. I've let go some of my crazy expectations and accept that my posts aren't perfect. Yes creating quality content is a priority, but no matter how perfect it is, you can't please everyone anyway. So let go, do not listen to the little voice inside your head.
