“You-” B trembled, voice catching. “You promised… A, you promised-”

“Oh, B…” A murmured and wrapped their arms around B.

“Y-you promised, you said, you said I never-” B sobbed into A’s shirt. They wanted to push away, demand an answer. But they couldn’t breathe. Their lungs were aching and their limbs were going numb.

“B… you need to calm down. It’s not as bad as you think.”

“But you promised, you did, you, y-you…” B gasped, and wheezed a desperate breath. Their head was starting to spin dangerously.

A hushed them. It felt like they were crushing B in their hold of them.

“It’s just one time, ok? Just a tiny few seconds, then it’s over.”

“nhhh.” B whimpered, it was all they could respond with. They wanted to say no but their tongue was growing too heavy and clumsy.

“Honestly, I don’t know why you’re making such a big deal out of this.” A hummed and they sounded… amused.

Because you promised me. B thought, they couldn't put words in their mouth to make sense anymore. Everything in them was being crushed along with their protests.

Their interaction is the most bearable part of the whumpee’s existence. The Whumper notices their spirits lifting.
