Ingredients: 1 lb ground pork. 2 tablespoons almond flour. 2 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon ground sage. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional.
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork and almond flour. Add the sugar-free maple syrup, salt, black pepper, ground sage, garlic powder, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes if using. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Shape the mixture into small sausage patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil. Place the sausage patties in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice brown crust.
