Here's hoping the fic will be finished before its second birthday 😫

Siberia, my first ever long Dead Dove, NSFW, extra-romantic, extra-drama, extra-whump Maxley fic! As an author who was so scared of writing ship fics and just wrote gen and friendship fics, I'm so proud of it. It gave me a chance to try something new with my writing, forced me to step out of my comfort zone and prove that I can handle the complexities of dark fic filled with flawed characters.

Made me discover my love for the character Mona, gave me a chance to write a complicated Max/PJ friendship arc, delve so deep into Bradley's character, have his road for redemption be long and hard and filled with obstacles, and of course the Max storyline is very cathartic for me because I've always related to his struggles with his need for independence, his extreme fear of public humiliation and making bad choices out of fear of being judged and ridiculed.

It's Halloween 1999 and Max will make sure he's the best Gamma presidant to throw the best Halloween bash ever!
