Fe (Extroverted Feeling)- Adam is the one in Braverman family that everyone depends on. So much so, that he spreads himself too thin from taking care of everyone. He does all he can to ensure that his son Max has somewhat of a normal life despite his Aspergers diagnosis. He tries to protect Haddie the best he can, despite her keeping her distance from him. He’s constantly on Crosby to be a better person. He fights to keep his parents together after learning that Zeek cheated on Camille. He even tries to fulfill the role of Drew’s dad. When Haddie’s boyfriend Alex gets charges pressed against him, he fights to have his name cleared (and he achieves this).

Si (Introverted Sensing)- He enjoys interacting with the world through his senses. His favorite thing in life is watching his loved ones grow and mold into amazing human beings. He values tradition, putting Max in baseball like he and his siblings were. He is realistic, calling out Crosby when he’s acting immature. He is very observant and remembers things about others. He stated that he fell in love with Kristina while eating cheese fries. He has a hard time accepting change. He has the hardest time letting go of Haddie as she grows up.

Ne (Extroverted Intuition)- Adam can see the possibilities of a situation, making him the best person to seek advice from. When Crosby becomes a father of a baby girl and is insecure about it, he asks “What if I don’t feel a connection?” and Adam says, “You will.” He can be insightful and perceptive shown when Zeek confides in him about Camille, “A wise man once told me we always have to forgive each other and not to get hung up on the past.”

Ti (Introverted Thinking)- When Adam has to think logically about situations he makes poor decisions. After Max loses his behavior technician he copes by taking Max further out of his routine, allowing him to skip school and attend a fair. There’s no surprise that this backfired on him. He has a hard time accepting Max’s diagnosis and is in denial for a while.
