The litreal reason they have pointy big noises & pointy hats is to mock jewish people. The hats are made to mock rabbis. Idk i think in 2026 we can finally let this stereotype die off and have witches look like avarage people instead
with bratzillaz coming back i will say this again. i need doll lines to start releasing prototypes as finished dolls. ik so many monster high fans would kill to start getting planned releases from g1 that never got released, bratzillaz and bratz both have so many great unreleased dolls, barbie has had a bunch of unreleased prototype stuff over the years that would be cool to get now etc etc please release prototype dolls for collectors please please
MGA saying Bratzillaz 2027 is "more than we think" very much suggests that we are gonna have a proper parallel doll competition between BZ and Moonspell Magic on our hands. MGA must be seething at Mattel right now for beating them to the punch.
I hope Bratzillaz is better in revival form with better diversity, while basically keeping what made its design separate from Bratz. There's a lot of ways MGA could go. I'd love to see them leaning into the more extreme unreleased characters to outdo MH on the spooky side of things, like delivering Wydowna ripoff Ludwina Crawlz when we haven't seen that level of weird from MH in years, though I remain concerned about potential kiddified dolls and potion slime gimmicks. I don't want BZ to fold into MGA's sweetsy kiddie outreach rebranding of late. Keep them fierce like Bratz to compete with Monster High, not the tamer Moonspell.

Witchy Wonders 3 is now up, focusing on Bratzillaz in anticipation of Moonspell Magic, though my avenue of interest/convenience to discuss the brand ended up being through the poppy abstract Switch-a-Witch line which directly imitated Create-a-Monster.
