There was a good crop of Brassica rapa (Chinensis Group) (pak choi, bok choy) in this vegetable garden both purple and green cultivars. This is a fast-growing oriental brassica that can be used as baby leaves in salads or as a larger rosette for cooking. It is easy to grow.
