I can't recall if it was mentioned or if I forgot, but what were Brackenfur, Thornclaw, and Snowshade's Warrior Assessments?
We didn't mention them yet! I honestly didn't decide on any for them. If I'm to make a call now, I'd say Snowshade got to spar, Thornclaw was made to organize and lead a patrol (gee, I wonder who suggested that one), and Brackenfur got the escort. All three of them did pretty well, though Snowshade did the worst and Brackenfur surprised everyone by being the best of the three.
And if you'd like to ask, yes, they were outraged that Brightpaw was going to have her naming postponed. Even Brightpaw telling them that she was perfectly fine with it didn't help. It took Firestar AND Frostfur to convince them to let it go.

if bluestar had been in her right mind, who do you think couldve made a better mentor for brackenfur? is there anybody who couldve really pulled out his abilities?
She would have asked Teaselfoot to be his mentor, I'm sure. They're both cheerful and have energy to burn, so if for nothing else, they would've gotten along very well, and Brackenfur would have greatly valued Teaselfoot's company.

this isn't relevant to the timeline but the timeline exists so i can make headcannons so; firepaw admits to a mistake easily and answers all of cinderpaws questions while greypaw seems to be trying harder to seem wise
(there both trying, but firepaw doesn't think explaining how he messed up catcing that vole is something to be embarrassed about and doesn't even notice greystripe trying to give mhim an out by suggesting the hunt somewhere else)
wonder how that would shape brackens veiw of a good mentor
greystripe almost dies doing something dumb and falls for his knight in shinning armor silverstream
they come back home at sunset w no food for the elders
love buttoned up brackenpaw immediately suggest lying and his adult supervision's only objection being that the four of them can't think of a good one
