My Thoughts on Ginny & Georgia: season 3
🖤 unrelated but I need almost all of Georgia's wardrobe from this season
🖤I bingewatched the whole season in two days so forgive me if there is no continuity but:
🖤oh my god poor Austin, I fear no therapist can help him
🖤also are we just supposed to ignore that he looks like a 14 year old instead of a 9 (?) year old? How much time passed between seasons?
🖤the casting for young Ginny this season was off sorry
🖤also I feel like most of the flashbacks didn't give anything, and also that there were too many per episode
🖤I feel like they were too many storylines this season and the writers didn't know what to do with most of them
🖤like Ginny starting to act like a villain of a reddit post in the last few episodes? Max being pushed out for some reason by two of her friends since childhood and a friend who she is the first friend of? Sam being bi towards Abby ? the whole I♡u thing Bracia had going on with her boyfriend?
🖤proud to say that as soon as someone (Max I think?) offered that they all take a test I knew that Ginny/Norah was going to get pregnant. Honestly I thought it was going to be Norah since she didn't have many storylines/ much focus in the show & because I love her relationship with her bf and to me he seems like a guy who would support her
🖤 Wolfe > Marcus (why did they have to ruin him😭 I knew that he wasn't going to be permanent but come on)
🖤Georgia faking a pregnancy??? This is such a terrible plan because Paul could easily ask for her to take another test to confirm the pregnancy for sure/ after a while Paul would notice that she doesn't have symptoms or accidentally drink wine or something else that would give her away
🖤when Georgia was drinking milk instead of wine/juice/idk I was like "wait there are only a few minutes left and there is probably going to be a plot twist, is she pregnant???" (Mind you I didn't remember about the "Georgia drinking milk when she is pregnant" thing)
🖤ZION I HATE YOU LIKE YOU CAN'T BE ABSENT FROM YOUR DAUGHTER'S & BABY-MOTHER'S LIFE AND DON'T SUPPORT THEM AND THEN ACT SHOCKED AND ANGRY WHEN YOU FIND OUT THAT TEEN-AND-ALONE GEORGIA DIDN'T HAVE THE BEST SOLUTIONS. also the way he called child services and didn't care much about what Ginny and Georgia went through??
🖤so is Joe the father or Paul? Honestly if it's Paul's he is going to be extremely mad, and I don't think that Georgia wants anything to do with Paul anymore, but if it's Paul's it maybe makes a lot more sense because I have a feeling that the writers want them to be endgame
🖤I feel like the abortion storyline could have been better, especially since the show takes place in the United States, but almost every scene/plot in the show felt rushed so
🖤honestly I expected Georgia to explain in court all of her life-childhood since I felt that the show was going to that direction
🖤the scene in which Georgia host the festival for small businesses in her house-yard was genius: you don't think much of it and you think it's just to (try to) reclaim her good name until the court scene
🖤my prediction is that next season Georgia is going to run for mayor (and win but this is probably going to take place in the last episode so expect a plot twist), Ginny is going to become more cunning and manipulative like Georgia, and Zion and Simone are going to get engaged (married even???)
