Found this a while back but it's always gonna be funny
When I remember I get to go to the library after work.
Booklr Advice #020
The library helps you avoid being broke.
If I ever recommend you a book please know that I want you to truly invest in that book. Know that each book I read forms a piece of my soul, and if I recommend you a book it means that I am showing you a little piece of who I am, please don't take the book and then return it to me without reading it because you didn't feel like it.

Top Ten Hyped Books I've Never Read
Top Ten Tuesday is a meme created by The Broke and the Bookish. Each week we list our top 10 book-related things. This week is Top Ten Hyped Books I’ve Never Read.
Hyped Books I’ve Bought and Still Haven’t Read
1. The Book Thief by Markus Zusak – I got like two pages into this book, and I wasn’t feeling it. I haven’t completely given up on it because people LOVE it so much. I just not often in the mood to read a sad book.
2. Graceling by Kristin Cashore – I love fantasy, but I just haven’t prioritized this book yet.
3. We Were Liars by E. Lockhart – Meh, the hype for this one last summer was INTENSE. I bought it for a book club meeting that I never went to, so I never read the book.
4. Daughter of Smoke & Bone by Laini Taylor – People seem to really enjoy Laini Taylor’s books, but again too many books, not enough time.
Hyped Books People Have Pushed Into My Possession At One Point or Another
5. City of Bones by Cassandra Clare – Ugh, my sister who is notorious for reading the ends of books (or even series) before finishing them pushed this book into my possession while I was in Boston for my other sisters wedding. Haven’t opened it… in fact the paperback was in such bad shape when she gave it to me, I have been piling heavy books on top of it to try to make it look decent.
6. Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn – I had this book for almost 6 months before I convinced my friend that I was never going to read it. Adult thriller… no thank you.
Hyped Books I’ve Been Avoiding for One Reason or Another
7. Game of Thrones by GRRM – Love the tv show. But I lack the motivation to read this excessively long books. I got the first one on audio book though, so maybe I’ll give it a try at some point.
8. Fifty Shades of Grey by E. L. James – Nope. Not happening.
9. Looking for Alaska by John Green – Avoiding is probably too harsh of a term to use with this particular book. Let’s just say that I’m not overly impressed with John Green’s books (there good, just not Great), and I’ve hear this book is pretty similar to Paper Towns anyways.
