Also Holloway is gonna win.. but I hope it's a comeback for McGregor because he's funny af. Paddy the daddy has got it.haha. we ain't worried about him. And then as far as prelims all I care about is Cody Garbrandt winning.

By the time Loni and Einarr caught up, her men had cleaned and bandaged her wound, and Starry was enjoying a cup of medicinal tea liberally laced with honey, another Asgardian import. While a sugar-like substitute was harvested from the nectar of certain flowers, and Lycin’s fruit could be boiled down to make sweet syrups, something like candy wasn’t a thing here. Once they discovered honey was a fairly abundant harvest for Asgard, it could last without spoiling for years, did well in hot climates, and could be added to a variety of foods, the people had clamoured for it, becoming another business that Asteria was sure helped add to her father’s already deep pockets.

“What do you mean they’re not going to do anything?” Asteria asked, glaring at the letter held in her brother’s hand.

After her morning in the bath with her men, and an enjoyable breakfast where the pair elaborated on a few of their more daring escapades as Shadows, she’d made her way to Einarr’s, knowing after the other morning her brother wouldn’t want to walk in on a repeat performance.

Finding him with a letter from Asgard had lifted her spirits until he told her what was in it.

Ish’ta. His brother’s name was Ish’ta, born of an amira’a on Lycin some twenty-six years ago, shortly before the Asgardians came and “ruined everything.”The last were Sethi’s words, but the part that Mikat found most distressing was that Sethi would not name the amira’a, but strongly implied she had been one of the few smart amira’a who saw the merit in men’s rise over Lycin.

and some bad news. The good news is that my spouse and I are expecting a baby! The bad news is that I can’t really give a realistic ETA for when the next chapters are going to come out.
