5 yesterday and 5 today! First back to back runs in a while! Feeling pretty good!
Marathon training continues! Longest run to date ... 18 miles! 😀😀 Felt pretty good overall! We parked our cars at different locations so we had stops for water and fuel along the way! Around Mike 10 we ran into another friend from the run club who is training for a half marathon. It was such a beautiful day. Afterwards it was time for a delicious, and well earned breakfast; egg white omelette with asparagus and black beans, at my favorite spot! Then it was home for a hot shower and a bit of rest before it was time for my massage, always one of the best parts of Long Run Saturday! Great job on your 5k @fatmaninalittlesuit
The weather was gorgeous today, a bit cooler tonight but still able to run in shorts! Another 5 miles on the boards with the run club! The plan called for 8 but my elbow was throbbing so I cut it back! Will try for more tomorrow!

Wasn't feeling today's run at all! Hip was a bit sore it was another windy, cold afternoon! I don't mind the cold, enjoy it actually, but I hate running in the wind! Oh well, it's done! Tomorrow is a rest (and carb loading) day and also mentally preparing for Saturday's 17 miler!
